Twiggy-burger: What Is It and How To Eat

Hamburger has changed its image long ago. If somebody doesn’t notice, this course (yes, it is definitely the course but not a fast-food snack) has been included into the menu of many city restaurants taking the honorable place among main courses.
The same happens at Twiggy-café: the burger is within the concept of a serious main course remaining democratic and offering excellent taste. Judge yourself: traditional sesame loaf is served with fresh beef chop, Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cornichons and Gauda cheese.
Caesar sauce with anchovies and honey-mustard seasoning make the taste deeper when delicate notes are added by marinated red onion.
It is served with French fries, topped with smoked paprika which converts Twiggy-burger into ‘finger-licking’ category, while its beautiful way of serving is disclosed in decoration with carrot crisps, cornichon and raddish.
