Days Of National Cuisine Of Komi Republic At Marius Restaurant
The days of the Komi national cuisine will be open on 13th March at the Marius restaurant in Saint-Petersburg.
The event is conducted in order to introduce special features of the national Komi cuisine to a professional association of restaurateurs and gastronomers, to tell about its role in the world cuisine, to present information about producers of products from Republic of Komi.
There will be such interesting participants as Chefs of Usinskiy restaurant Orbita Igor Ryzhov and Sergey Cheusov, the Director of Talliani Restaurant in Syktyvkar Alexander Tyryshkin and process manager and teacher of trade & technological college in Syktyvkar Valentin Guschin.
The program of opening Days of Komi cuisine in St. Petersburg will perform the information about rich regional potential for development of culinary tourism, a master-class on cooking national dishes of Komi cuisine, a presentation of cocktails based on brand production of liquor and spirits enterprise in Syktyvkar. The guests will participate in tasting national Komi dishes and see the exhibition of artist and etno-futurist of Komi Republic Yuriy Lisovskiy.
Dishes of Komi cuisine will be found in the special menu of Marius Restaurant for visitors during one month after opening of Days of Komi cuisine.
The event will take place at Marius Restaurant of Helvetia Hotel in Marata, 11.
