Grilled sausages made of beef, chicken and reindeer are served with sauerkraut – slightly sour cabbage stewed with thyme. Sausages are especially tasty with craft beer. There are two sorts of it available here, both are from Vasileostrovskaya brewery: Triple Wheat Ale and Bluebeard.
