Menu To Taste At Marseillaise Restaurant

The Marseillaise Restaurant has a new menu to taste in the summer season.
The menu in the French style will cost only 500 rubles per person! The guests may choose Gateau a la russe (Russian salad in French style with cocktail shrimps, young celery sprout, green apples and boiled chicken fillet on thin layers dough) or salad with arugula, Mozzarella and slices of cherry tomatoes, Balsamic vinegar and Pesto sauce.
As a hot appetizer there is famous French open pie Quiche-Lorraine based on thin dough with Parmesan cheese, salmon or ham up to your choice. The menu includes the famous French rich aromatic broth: rabbit consomme with spicy roots and white wine.
As for a hot course, you may choose tagliatelle with cream Pesto sauce or Pansotti with cottage cheese, spinach, Parmesan and sour cream sauce.
For a drink there is tea, coffee or berry infusion to your choice.
