Author’s Cuisine at Bali Restaurant

The author’s cuisine has had a special interest for gourmets and restaurant frequent visitors at all times. Truly speaking, it is always nice and interesting to try a new dish which you didn’t see at restaurants before.

The menu of Bali restaurant on Savushkina constitute dishes from European, Italian and Japanese cuisines  but Chef Denis Kudryashov continuously tries surprise the guests with interesting author’s recipes.

Bali invites ton try tender salmon fillet on the pillow made of zucchini with wild strawberry sauce. The rich and well-balanced taste of this dish will hardly leave anyone indifferent! Melting in the mouth Norwegian salmon fillet stewed for a long time at low temperature, matches excellently with a side dish fried on olive oil – juicy zucchini with light mint notes, while wild strawberry sauce and fresh berries will give an unusual and rich taste to the dish.
