Bright Spring at Lodka Restaurant

Lodka Restaurant invites the guests to new dishes from the spring menu: Italian ones from Italian chef, impressive Mediterranean magnificent seafood in Asiatic style and light desserts.

Try light and fresh salads in Mediterranean style: with octopus, asparagus and juicy celery in pesto sauce or juicy salad with strawberry, arugula and pecorino seasoned with nut powder. Also try famous Italian starter Parmigiano – sauté with eggplants, tomatoes and baked cheese between the layers. 

Italian chef cooks risotto with octopus and cuttlefish ink in cream-saffron sauce and paella goes with crayfish, mussels and scallops.  

Cannelloni is stuffed with duck and tomato-cream sauce. There is another rare fowl dish this spring –ragout with pheasant and baked potatoes.
