Spring Update at Christian Restaurant

With the incoming of spring Chef Christian Lorenzini has updated the menu and invites now to try new dishes with spring notes.

For a starter Chef recommends DOCG salad with crab phalange (910 rubles), seafood battered Fritto Misto (1100 rubles) and farmer’s salad with tuna served in the tuna can (870 rubles).

For the first course you have to try vegetable soup Ribollita cooked per traditional Tuscan recipe (420 rubles). For the main course these dishes will perfectly suit: lemon risotto with scallops (930 rubles), Baccala livornese with broccoli flan and pasta Pici Cacio e Pepe (510 rubles).

Desserts haven’t been left without Chef’s attention either. Baked fruits (390 rubles) and choco-baton with banana sauce (350 rubles) or maybe unusual pumpkin ice-cream (150 rubles)? It’s up to you to decide.
