There is a new spring menu from Chef Andrey Orlov at Maxim Bar.

Rich and healthy salad with smoked duck and marinated persimmon (590 rubles) will give you energy for the whole day. The best choice for a man will be meat salad with glass noodles (380 rubles) containing all necessary microelements and vitamins.

Everyone will find a dish to his taste in the chapter of hot courses: fine potato gnocchi with ricotta and truffle sauce (580 rubles) and unusual noodles “Green tea” with seafood (620 rubles) promise to become seasonal hits. Gourmets will appreciate the taste of white sea bass barramundi with spinach and guazzetto (830 rubles) and melting in the mouth reindeer fillet with fennel and caramelized rowanberry (995 rubles).

Indulge yourself with original desserts Alaska (300 rubles) and chocolate cake with orange caviar (350 rubles) which will raise you up on spring evening.  

The spring menu will be available until the end of April.
