Hungarian Dinner At Food Embassy Restaurant

Hungarian dinner which will take place on 4th December will open a set of ‘Embassy’ evenings at Yulia Vysotskaya’s Food Embassy Restaurant.

Chef from Hungary Zsolt Feher will be cooking for the guests and organizers promise an interesting insight to the history of Hungarian cuisine and introduction with traditions of this country.

The Chef will cook aromatic and thick goulash. Spices for it will be delivered directly from Hungary. The famous soup will be served with national cheese bagels Pogacha. As a starter before the soup it will be offered Ludas Matyi – tender goose liver with honey pear and grapes. The guests will get to know the difference between Hungarian liver and French Foie gras and how to cook it right. For a dessert the invited cook will surprise the guests with thin strudel with triple filling: the dough for it as well as spices for goulash will be ordered and brought directly from Hungary especially for dinner at Food Embassy. 

Dinner menu includes:

Lúdas Matyi – goose liver with honey pear and grapes 

Gulyás – Hungarian goulash with Pogacha bagels 

Rétes - Strudel – strudel with triple filling: apple, poppy, curd and light sauce based on dessert wine. 

Dinner will cost 2000 rubles per person.
