Duck, Crab & Durian At Black Thai Restaurant

Black Thai Restaurant launched a seasonal updated menu. Duck is the main character of December. There is also crab and a few new exotic desserts even with durian!

For a start, try duck soup with seeds (400 rubles). We do not talk about sesame seeds but about small parts of duck with bones fried in a wok with salt. It will be continued with Bangkok duck (980 rubles) which is neither more nor less than ironic addressing to famous Peking duck. Another option is caramelized duck with coconut & cream sauce (960 rubles). Meat per ancient recipe has created a well-balanced duet with sweet & spicy Thai sauce. The Chef has decided to dilute the duck symphony with Black Thai crab (940 rubles). Big crab phalanges in shell are served under spicy sauce with chili pepper that makes them spicier. According to its name, Black Thai crab has a pretense to the title of the special dish.  

International desserts have become the culmination point of the updated menu. For example, European taste of chocolate & caramel mousse with strawberry is flavoured with Asian durian (350 rubles) with tender mousse inside the glazed cover.
