Good France Dinner At Food Embassy Restaurant

On 19th March Food Embassy Restaurant will take part in the International festival Good France initiated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of France Laurent Fabius and Chef Alain Ducasse.
On this day 1000 chef on 5 continents will represent a gastronomic set of five dishes of the French cuisine to the guests of their restaurants. The evening of the French culinary will be organized in 150 countries. Every restaurant-participant will be praising French cuisine, innovations and culinary values: taste, care of health and planet ecology. The Chef of Food Embassy restaurant belonging to Yulia Vysotskaya included favourite French dishes in the dinner giving the author's version to each of them.
The menu of Good France dinner from the Chef Alexey Belikov includes:
Foie gras terrine with truffle and quince jam
Salmon tartar with fennel seeds
Vichyssoise with truffle
Scallops with chestnuts puree
Pearl hen baked with couscous and Provencal herbs
Chocolate cake with Grand Marnier liqueur
The dinner will cost 2500 rubles.
The special menu will be available at Food Embassy only on 19th March from 6 pm.
