Turandot restaurant decided to treat its guests with new dishes of Pan-Asiatic and European cuisines on the threshold of spring. Chefs Dmitry Eremeev and Chiang Wang Chong recommend capital city gourmets to try chick with forest mushrooms and airy potatoes with truffles (1350 rubles)

Chefs Dmitry Eremeev and Chiang Wang Chong recommend capital city gourmets to try chick with forest mushrooms and airy potatoes with truffles (1350 rubles), and also penne with crabs and Bisque sauce (2565 rubles). Upon weighty opinions, Japanese marble meat Kobe (8150 rubles/2 persons) won"t leave indifferent even the most sophisticated guests.
There are also novelties definitely worth trying, among which is Foie-Gras in Hong Gong style (970 rubles), smoke sterlet with fennel and langoustine salad (1550 rubles) and salmon in ginger-honey sauce (1320 rubles).
