Gavroche wine bar offers to try simple folk French dishes developed for a special menu. Gavroche restaurant has included those simple folk Lyonnaise dishes for its special menu: skate wings terrine and fried sweet pepper with fennel-sour cream sauce (450 rubles), fresh salmon slightly marinated in fennel seeds as a starter (310 rubles). Lyonnaise cow Saint Marcellin cheese (370 rubles) is served with large sea salt and fresh tomatoes that allows to appreciate its fine cream taste and aroma. Almost all dishes are meat in the main chapter - this is another feature of bouchons excluding traditional pike knodels in cream sauce (550 rubles). Gourmets will have a chance to taste beef cheeks stewed in red wine with vegetables (570 rubles) or veal kidneys fried with cep mushrooms in light mustard sauce (490 rubles).
The special menu also includes two desserts. They are traditional oil twiglets topped with sugar powder (210 rubles), possible to eat too much at once and apple pie Tarte Tatin which is not originally from Lyon but very popular in bouchons (290 rubles).
