Chef Elvin Guliyev has been the Head of the kitchen at Zafferano restaurant for the recent time and he presents Azerbaijani cuisine in modern interpretation.

Elvin’s professional experience started in his native city Baku when he was 18 y.o. Then at the age of 22 y.o. Elvin was invited to Moscow for the opening of Zafferano restaurant where he worked as a cook for two years, then he became Su Chef and after three years he took the Chef’s position.
Along with the new Chef's arrival, Zafferano dishes have sounded in a new light. Azerbaijani cuisine in modern interpretation is just a start. The main Elvin’s idea is to keep classic national dishes but to serve them to the guests in a new real Azerbaijani style.
