Power Change at Moskafe Kitchen

Chef Alexey Semenov, an experienced and talented representative of the new Moscow cuisine trends, has been the head of the kitchen at Moskafe restaurant.

The menu created by Alexey includes duck salad with fried pineapple and Thai sauce, scallops Saint-Jacques with zucchini and mango & passion fruit sauce, lamb tongues with vegetables and quinoa, duck leg with plum-cranberry jelly. 

The cuisine at Moskafe has become modern and the approach to its performance has become creative. However, even under the revolution flags it’s been decided to leave certain things unchanged – for instance, the restaurant is still open 24 hours. In the city which never sleeps a duck leg may save a few long conversations.
