Shimeji Mushrooms as Side dish at PPL

Chef at PPL Dmitry Yakovlev offers to try warm roast beef with cucumber tartar and shimeji mushrooms.

Shimeji mushrooms grow primarily in East Asia but gain popularity all over the world. These oyster mushrooms with the color varying from white to brown have a nice thin aroma and distinctive tender cream taste. 

The product is ideal not only for soups but as a separate dish, for instance, a side dish for meat. Chef Dmitry Yakovlev cooks exactly such side dish at PPL: he serves shimeji mushrooms marking the taste and aroma with spices together with warm roast beef and cucumber tartar.
