Chef Viktor Apasiev developed a special offer including prosciutto di Parma with ginger and homemade balsamic sauce (420 rubles), bruschetta with goat cheese and ginger (260 rubles), farmer’s duck with ginger, apple and Porto sauce (680 rubles). For a dessert Viktor recommends baked ginger with vanilla ice-cream and strawberry tartar (340 rubles).
