New Uzbek Menu at TAN Restaurant

The new Uzbek menu includes aromatic Khan ribs with vegetables and potatoes (1290 rubles), juicy lamb kebab (380 rubles), rich lagman soup on tender lamb broth (540 rubles), orient sweets and other delicacies. Splendid national drinks – ayran (130 rubles) and sharbat (140 rubles) will nicely complement any dish.    

Classic triangle Uzbek samsa (200 rubles) is a special recommendation from the kitchen of TAN restaurant. Tender pieces of lamb with traditional Uzbek spices jeera and cumin – all is hidden in a thin scone made of puff paste and baked in real tandoor.    

We would like to pay a special attention to such dish as pilaf. In spite of having adapted this dish in the culture of modern Russia for a long time, cooks of TAN restaurant follow all exclusive pilaf cooking traditions. They cook a few kinds of real Uzbek pilaf, among which chaikhana and wedding pilafs are the most acknowledged.
