King crab with Aioli sauce based on marinated cod caviar; 

wheat toast with rose shrimp seasoned with shrimp Aioli; 

Mini-toast of Borodinskiy bread with stewed sweet pepper, tomato concasse and marinated sardine; 

Start:

Cep mushroom with seashell and truffle; 

Hot starter:

Murmansk cod rolls with Brussels Sprout, vegetable sauce and Crab Bisque cappuccino;                                 Soup:

Pea soup made of young peas with a meat ball and Parma ham chips; 

Hot course

Sweet veal Ris de Veau with vegetables cooked in 4 ways; 

Pre-dessert: 

Rum Ball; 

Dessert:

Warm white chocolate cake with fried almonds, cherries and rose petals.
