Fish Dishes for Spring From Ju-Ju Restaurant
The new seasonal menu – light, fresh and aromatic – has been launched since March 3rd at Ju-Ju Restaurant. Chef Alexey Kanevsky offers to welcome the spring with fish dishes.

This spring Ju-Ju Restaurant recommends to enrich nutrition with fish, seafood, fresh vegetables and greens. So, for example, it will be mandatory to taste tuna blue fin in Asiatic style served on Daikon Carpaccio with Machujiso sauce, steamed sea bass with white wine sauce, capers and olives. Mini-balls with Savoy cabbage are cooked with shrimps and halibut caviar, when grilled squid fillet is honored with aromatic herbs and young asparagus. Among spring desserts it’s worth trying chocolate cake with pistachios and cumquat jam and shortcake with vanilla cream and black currant jam.
