Christmas Degree Menu at Mamina Pasta

Special Christmas menu with an integral drop or sip of light or strong alcohol in each dish will be available at Mamina Pasta restaurant from the end of December to January 18th.

Russian salad (630 rubles) is cooked by Chef per old recipe, meaning with crayfish tails. Mamina Pasta Chef parboils crayfish tails on red-hot frying pan with white wine especially for the salad. Venetian veal liver (670 rubles) is fried on olive oil with onion, cognac, dry white wine or cream and serves with Ruccola lettuce and cherry tomatoes. For a dessert, Chef recommends to choose either Sicilian cannoli (290 rubles) or San Marco cake (310 rubles). Both desserts are served with cocktail cherries. 

And of course, the festive menu includes alcohol New Year cocktails: Christmas (vodka, cranberry infusion, sprite and lime juice) and White mulled wine (white wine, honey, cinnamon and vanilla.
