The Happy Bones restaurant has had the new Chef now. His name is Mark Statsenko and he is bright, charismatic and talented: he organized a revolution and now the new menu is valid in the Happy Bones and you just have to come and enjoy it!

Mark decided that according to the concept bones need to be used in every dish. So, texture pate made of chicken giblets (350 rubles) is served in a marrowbone and marrowbone is also served to the rich meat tartar (550 rubles). 

The Chef stews meat, bakes it at low temperature, fries, smokes, dries and chops, so he uses the most number of culinary techniques to make the menu sparkle. 

In the soups’ chapter we recommend the special Happy Bones soup. Mark cooks it with lamb which makes it rich and aromatic – it is real winter recharge. Duck leg (750 rubles) is baked at low temperature for 12 hours and served with persimmon and black currant sauce; pork ribs (800 rubles) are smoked and glazed with the sauce made of tomatoes, paprika and whisky.
