Maroon menu reflects culinary impressions from travelling to France, Andalucía, Maghreb countries and South-Eastern Asia. It includes meze in Moroccan style, pumpkin Tom Yam, lamb shanks with lentil, pumpkin salad with Maghreb dressing Zaatar , tartar with pepper marmalade and salty lemon, fish topped with famous Spanish sauce Romesco with grilled vegetables, smoked paprika and almonds, wine Merette eggs, chocolate Queen of Sheba without a drop of flour and many others. All these world hits are served in the author’s interpretation and made of fresh Russian farmer’s products.
Elena offers to accompany new dishes with French Bordeaux wines. She will also share her special recipe of falafel stuffed with duck confit and will show how to prepare it at home. The evening will be performed by Leonid Parfionov himself.
It will start at 8 pm.
