Presentation of New Menu at Globo

The new menu presented at Globo is the first step in Glob-al changes. Two Chefs have united efforts to create a completely new conceptual menu.

The main thing is a recognizable range of culinary paints from Mediterranean and Japanese cuisines which is a striking feature for Globo. A list of dishes which will undoubtedly become favourite among restaurant guests includes salad with duck magret (580 rubles), cod in orange sauce (1260 rubles), scallop tiradito (720 rubles), nigir with marinated plum, salmon and rudderfish (540 rubles). There are amazing desserts among other Glob-al novelties such as pancakes in strawberry sauce (420 rubles), chocolate flan (410 rubles) and Mille feuille with berries (580 rubles).
