There is new summer menu from Chef Maxim Myasnikov at Projector restobar.

Project offers to try bright fresh salads: warm salmon with crispy asparagus (430 rubles), young marrow zucchini with shrimps and leek (540 rubles), tomato carpaccio with tender veal and Ruccola (390 rubles),  Mediterranean crab salad with avocado and Confit tomatoes (690 rubles). 

As a first course, you may order light soup, for instance cold beetroot soup with shrimps (270 rubles), schi with fresh sorrel (290 rubles), classic okroshka (340 rubles) or dainty yogurt soup with crab and avocado (470 rubles).

Among hot courses there is juicy halibut baked with asparagus, tender turkey fillet topped with fruit sauce made of avocado and green apple (470 rubles), rack of milk veal with pea puree (750 rubles), light salmon stewed in carrot juice (490 rubles).
