Prepare For Summer At Moscafe

The Chef of the Moscafe Restaurant Alexey Semenov has updated the menu. Those who like tasty food but follow the regime will be very pleased.

There is everything needed to keep in good shape, namely salads with seasonal vegetables and light seasonings, meat and fish with vegetable and cereal side-dishes and burgers without bread!

The menu also includes Scandinavian soup with leek, fennel, celery and vegetables based on cod and sterlet broth (450 rubles). Out of baked vegetables such as sweet beetroot, sweet pepper and eggplant they cook an excellent vitamin salad seasoned with farmer's yogurt, nut mix and aromatic herbs (330 rubles). There is also a fruit salad with a summer bright range of fruits such as papaya, grapefruit, orange, pomegranate, apples flambe with Calvados, green leaves and chicken liver stewed with spices which appears to perfectly match with such fruit selection (620 rubles). 

As a hot course, they offer tender veal with mellows and cilantro sauce (610 rubles). And even a Californian burger (680 rubles) - another new dish – will not spoil your good shape. It has no bread at all but only meat, egg, greens, tomato sauce and own made crispy potato chips. As for fish, there is cod and halibut. Cod is served with bulgur and beetroot chutney (690 rubles), while halibut goes with barley cooked in a special way in broth made of Kombu laminaria, dried honey mushrooms and tomato sauce Pilati (440 rubles).
