Hot Senses at Bison
The new offer on burning hot male food – Hot Senses – is valid at Bison restaurants from November 5th to December 25th.
Albondigas (550 rubles) is bright and hot meat soup. Albondigas means “meat balls” in Spanish. The special feature which adds soup a special taste and aroma is smoked hot pepper and same hot beef and lamb balls with three kinds of pepper.
Carne Charra (1500 rubles) is a meat snack. Inter-rib part of beef is kept in the marinade based on tequila and then fried on open fire. The snack is served with hot sauce made of green tomatoes. Arrachera steak (1700 rubles) is the most popular steak in Mexico, famous for its not traditional way of cooking. Before cooking the steak is marinated in the mixture – every Mexican has his own recipe of this mixture. Arrachera steak is marinated at Bison following the recipe of Chef Frank Sarria.
