Autumn Update at Projector

Chef Maxim Myasnikov and Chef-bartender Alexander Kan have updated the menu of restobar Projector. Fresh ideas can be found in chapters of salads, hot starters, soups, main courses, desserts and bar carte. 

As a snack, try Thai pancakes (310 rubles), salad with fried chanterelles (370 rubles), fried Royals prawns (670 rubles) or Brie cheese (410 rubles), veal with Mozzarella cheese (630 rubles) and traditional Russian dish – meat balls stuffed with potato with cep mushrooms sauce (320 rubles). In “Smoking” chapter there is smoked pork breast (470 rubles).  

Lentil soup with pieces of smoked meat and sausage (340 rubles) and meat solyanka (370 rubles) will perfectly suit for rich dinner. As a main course, there is sweet pepper stuffed with veal (520 rubles), black cod with mashed potatoes (1070 rubles), veal cheeks stewed in wine (430 rubles) and tender goatling confit with crispy crust (720 rubles). 

Among new positions there is tender creme-brulee (370 rubles), chocolate fondant (340 rubles) and Kogel-mogel (beaten up eggs with sugar, 310 rubles), loved by us since childhood.
