He combines Uzbek dishes with hits of the Russian cuisine in his new menu. So, the autumn season at Uryuk restaurants is open with the Russian salad with caviar and crayfish tails (420 rubles), fowl apsic per recipe of 1904 (280 rubles), kazan-dolma (560 rubles), Moscow borsch with house sour cream (450 rubles), Siberian ravioli in forest mushrooms broth (420 rubles), Tashkent soup with lamb on the bone (510 rubles). Memorable serving and nicely garnished dishes are another focus of attention for Denis.
