Ribambelle restaurant has presented the new menu since the beginning of September. Fantasy, wit and modern technologies will discover another talent edge of Chef’s Mikhail Kulenko.

Recipes and special ways of cooking, namely low temperature modes and steam cooking, will keep healthy agents and vitamins in the products. 

Scallop with tomato chutney and carrot puree – 720 rubles 

Foie-gras pate with ginger jam – 950 rubles 

Boule de tuna with mashed potatoes and wasabi – 580 rubles 

Risotto with forest mushrooms – 590 rubles 

Salad with baked beetroot, carrot puree and mild cheeses cream – 420 rubles 

Wild sea bass fillet with fennel and wild oranges – 1150 rubles
