Chateaubriand beef tenderloin with mini-potatoes, shank of lamb with potatoes and Brussels Sprout, paccheri pasta with rabbit and chanterelles, halibut fillet with vegetables, salmon tartar with ginger, ravioli with shrimps, langoustine Carpaccio, Burrata with tomatoes – this is just a small part of your new culinary emotions. Dessert from Michele will soon become hits. Suppose, you take Black moon meringue with raspberry & strawberry sorbet or Mango cheesecake with passion fruit marmalade.
