New Author's Menu from Gyane Breiova

The special menu consists of the following positions: 

Shor (220 rubles) - homemade curd and sour milk product Kamats Matsun with selection of chopped verdure. Served with crispy estragon pita.  

Salad with beef sirloin and prunes (320 rubles) - warm salad with tender with beef sirloin and prunes, grapes, green tomatoes seasoned with Pesto sauce. 

Mix-salad Citrus (280 rubles) - mix-salad with pieces of Pomelo, fried shallot, pumpkin seeds seasoned with oyster and sesame-soya sauce. 

Mutton leg (750 rubles) - juicy flesh of mutton leg baked with sauce made of wine and celery root. Served with fresh parboiled spinach and fried pine nuts. 

Shrimps cutlets (570 rubles) - homemade cutlets made of tender shrimp meat with curry. Served with mix-salad and Pomelo.  

Special rabbit (430 rubles) - piquant rabbit marinated in Armenian herbs. Served with baked potatoes, Pesto sauce and coriander. 

Armenian turkey kebab (240 rubles) - fried turkey fillet with mix salad in pita. Served with sour milk product Matsun with verdure.  

Sweet roll (210 rubles) - selection of Armenian dried fruits and nuts in sour-sweet plum pita from Armenia. Served with a ball of vanilla ice-cream and mulberry sauce.
