Three very important person for the network of restaurant will be having a tour at Moscow Nobu on March 13th-16th. They are Chef from Nobu Malibu Giorgio Stephenson, Chef from Nobu London Mark Edwards and the person responsible for all cocktails in Nobu network – inimitable Santiago Rodriguez.
Mark Edwards, Chef of one of the best Nobu in the world, awarded with the Michelin star and unspoken being ‘the right hand’ of Nobu Matsuhisa, started his career at the age of 13 y.o. having found a job at a small fish restaurant in Kent County not far from home. In 1994 Mark met Nobu Matsuhisa, became the Head of Nobu London and obtained the Michelin star 4 years later. In 2007 together with Nobu Matsuhisa he published the book under the title NOBU West.
Santiago Rodriguez being the Nobu Bar Manager, manages and controls numerous Nobu bars all over the world. He started his career as a humble barman in the clubs of native Oviedo town in the north of Spain. After it he had practice at Four Seasons London, and then he was invited to Nobu London. After Nobu was successfully opened in Budapest in 2010 and in Beijing in 2011, Santiago Rodriguez has been assigned as Director of Nibu Bar all over the world.
