Since October 15th Globo restaurant presents a new warm-up menu Dark passion.
This season you may try courses with Italian notes: macaroni rolls stuffed with chopped sirloin and baked in cream-tomato sauce - paccheri with veal (495 rubles); black spaghetti in cream-spinach sauce with grilled salmon fillet - Nero spaghetti with salmon (320 rubles).
Romantic people will definitely like a warm salad with shrimps, scallop and chicken breast with original sauce made of shiso leaves and tender rose petals – Rose (480 rubles).
All who like sweets, Chef Evgueny Pilchin offers to indulge yourself with Italian dessert based on cream with port wine, fresh berries and caramel crust – Zabaione (395 rubles) and apple pie made of roll-in dough and custard with a vanilla ice-cream scoop – Alsatian pie (395 rubles).
