Luciano restaurant and its pizzaiolo Alexey Sandulyak got an official Certificate of Conformity of pizza quality standards from the Veracious Neapolitan Pizza Association (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana) with its Head Office situated in Naples. This fact has been a reason for organizing a Neapolitan pizza festival at the restaurant. If you haven’t tried pizza from Alexey yet, it’s definitely worth doing. Pizza cooked by him is delightful: its appetite tender and fluffy edges are baked in the oven stoked on acacia firewood; sweet Italian tomatoes are used to cook the tomato sauce and special Mozzarella is generously used to season pizza.
The festival menu states 10 positions with so many options of filling (from 450 to 600 rubles) including ‘4 cheeses’ that lots of restaurants make attempts to cook but it needs to be ordered at Luciano!
The festival will last till March 7th.
