Summer Mood and New Menu at CAPRI Restaurant

Aromatic seasonal vegetables, tender herbs, light sauces – all seasonal accents can be found in summer salads: Mediterranean with cod and capers (850 rubles), Salad with scallops, fennel and celery (980 rubles), Salad with green mix-lettuce, mozzarella and dried tomatoes (950 rubles). 

Who said that pasta is not recommended to eat in the summer? It is allowed especially if it is prepared of hard BIO-wheat and brought from Italy. Linguini with langoustines and zucchini (2950 rubles), tubettini baked with broccoli, young green peas and Pecorino cheese (620 rubles) – this is the best season choice!  

The season of chanterelles falls on the summer which will last for only two months. Hurry up to enjoy their unique taste. You may try just picked up chanterelles which still keep the aroma with tagliolini, eggplants and cherry tomatoes (950 rubles) or in classic Italian risotto (980 rubles). Those who like cold soups may try gazpacho with lobster (1100 rubles) or soup with cucumber, celery and crabs (750 rubles). Among hot soups the seasonal one is definitely worth trying – with fresh sorrel and turkey balls (650 rubles).
