The special offer from the Chef includes bright and refreshing gazpacho with Mozzarella and basil (430 rubles) and cucumber soup with mint (390 rubles). Mandatory hit of each summer is also available – okroshka with beef on kvass (550 rubles). The variety of tastes is continued by beetroot soup (450 rubles) and rhubarb soup with granola (490 rubles). For a dessert you can have an aromatic dish of melon, mango and ice-cream (570 rubles). The Chef of Rose Bar Restaurant offers guests to mix cold summer soups on their own: an interesting way of serving assumes a plate of side-dish and a jar of liquid base.
