Light Summer Dishes at Barbara bar

Visitors of restaurants prefer light and fresh food in hot weather. Chef of Barbara bar Maxim Myasnikov designed a new summer menu by the beginning of the season.

Try light salads made of fresh vegetables and fruits. For instance, there is rich crab meat with cucumber, mini-corn, young peas and confit tomatoes (770 rubles), tomato carpaccio with finely sliced boiled veal and crispy Ruccola (420 rubles) or original salad with summer vegetables with cape gooseberries and raspberries (430 rubles). It includes fresh tomatoes, Kenyan beans, several kinds of verdure and also sweet cape gooseberries, raspberries and watermelon. Those who like Japanese cuisine will appreciate rolls with fresh salmon and fresh cucumber (460 rubles). 

Cold soups will help to refresh – okroshka (370 rubles), bright beetroot soup (330 rubles) and schi with green sorrel (360 rubles). 

As a hot course, order a rack of lamb topped with spicy sauce made of green apple and tomatoes (1170 rubles) or tender scallop fried with leek (720 rubles).
