Colours of Thailand In Cocktails From Black Thai Restaurant
The Black Thai Restaurant has updated the author's card of cocktailsColours of Thailand, having discovered a few cocktail islands in it.
The guests' interest to drinks has dramatically increased since the bar stand has been managed by the team of chef barman Vassiliy Zheglov, famous above all for drinks created for Kitayskaya gramota Restaurant belonging to Alexander Rappoport.
The interest is caused by that chapter of the bar card named the Colours of Thailand. Those are absolutely new cocktails created by Vassiliy Zheglov especially for Black Thai. Almost all of them are named after the islands of Thailand: Lipe (560 rubles), Chang (500 rubles), Tao (500 rubles), Phuket (500 rubles), Phangan (600 rubles), Samui (580 rubles). In April you will find also Tarutao (550 rubles), Samet (600 rubles) and renewed Phi-Phi (650 rubles).
There are two cocktails standing slightly further but not going out of the common islands picture: Milk Mai-Tai (delicate twist to a tiki style legend, 680 rubles) and Big Buddha (sauer based on pear rakia, 550 rubles). Together with them goes special cocktail Black Thai which has been ultra-seasonal as contains fresh timely products of the month. For instance, Black Thai opens an April series based on fresh sorrel, pisco, elder flowers liqueur, lemon fresh and agave nectar.
