Hot Autumn at Il Forno Restaurants

The new grill menu has been launched at the chain of Italian restaurants Il Forno since 1 October. Meat, poultry, vegetables and seafood will be cooked on open fire per original recipes.

Among meat dishes it’s worth trying milk veal brisket with arugula, cherry and carasau pane (1299 rubles) – it’s Sicilian thin bread tenderly called by Italians as ‘musical paper’ for its nice crisp; rack of lamb with vegetables (2089 rubles) baked in wooden oven with garlic and herbs: the dish tastes seducing and piquant thanks to the aromatic spicy sauce; ciabatta with chopped steak (1489 rubles) – flank steak on house Italian bread with arugula, avocado, Baku tomatoes and Parmesan.

Seafood connoisseurs will appreciate royal grilled prawns with barbecue sauce (1389 rubles) – prawns with fried brown garlic and sauce made of apples, tomatoes and sweet pepper and also traditional Spanish dish from the northern provinces – Galician octopus with potato and paprika (2169 rubles).

На большую компанию рекомендуем мясное ассорти (3489 руб.) – филе-миньон, молочная телятина, каре ягненка и мясо страуса. В блюдо входят также вяленые томаты c жареным чесноком и соус барбекю.

Еще одна позиция в меню – цыпленок терияки с греческим соусом (1399 руб.). Маринованный в терияки цыпленок давно является проверенной классикой, а легкий греческий соус, готовящийся на основе йогурта, огурца и мяты, прекрасно подходит к блюдам из птицы.
