Homemade Pasta at Tarantino Restaurant

Tarantino restaurant cooks live homemade pasta per ancient Italian recipes. Chef Vitaliy Apasiev has worked out the menu for the live pasta.

It includes: Tagliatelle with mussels, cherry tomatoes in wine sauce (390 rubles) – this classic light pasta is very popular in coastal regions of Italy. It is cooked with Argentinian mussels, cherry tomatoes, garlic and wine sauce. The menu also includes appetite Cannelloni made of very thin dough with veal ragout (420 rubles). They are stuffed with stewed vegetables and veal baked until crispy crust. The dish is topped with cheese. 

Guests may try very unusual dish – papriloppi pasta (440 rubles). The original name has been given to it because of sweet red pepper mixed with flour when cooking. Pasta is served with slices of beef in tomato sauce and baked pepper. The menu also includes ravioli with oxtails and truffle aroma (380 rubles) served in veal and cep mushrooms broth. Tender oxtail meat is stewed in oven for two days to give an inimitable aroma to the dish.
