Chef of Dont tell Mama restaurant Viktor Lobzin has prepared a real surprise for gourmets – caviar set I LOVE CAVIAR which includes creative serving dishes with six kinds of caviar.
The set includes sea-bass ceviche with pike caviar, salad with marinated shrimps, wasabi sauce and flying fish caviar, cornet with smoked salmon mousse with red caviar, leek and potatoes soup with a toast topped with sturgeon low-salt caviar, beef medallion with eggplants caviar, chocolate cake with chocolate cream and caramel sauce with blackberry “caviar”.
Every set is brought by waiters with real firework!
The set will cost 1290 rubles.
The offer is valid until the end of December.
