Cifry restaurant invites for the mushroom menu which includes salads, soups, hot meals and even cocktail made of mushroom syrup from September 20th to October 13th!
Famous Bulgarian mixing specialist Max Bradarsky has created unique cocktail Brouhaha based on cep mushrooms syrup and effectively opened a new direction of mixing cocktails. Following Max Bradarsky, chef of Cifry restaurant Alexey Lalayan continues to make surprises offering to try new dishes fr om the mushroom menu:
- Salad with Ruccola, oyster mushrooms and chicken liver (320 rubles);
- Soup with cep mushrooms, millet and sour cream (280 rubles);
- Pappardelle with cep mushrooms in cream sauce (450 rubles);
- Beef fillet with zucchini, mushroom flan and pepper sauce (780 rubles).
