Traditionally Fish Bazaar restaurant closes the season with the Oyster Festival. Again the gourmets will be enjoying delicious food per very attractive prices for the whole month, from March 20th to April 30th. European oysters will cost only 96 rubles per each.
As usual, oysters from different regions will be performed at the Festival. Those who like refined delicacies will taste French, Dutch, Irish and Portuguese oysters. The menu of Oyster Festival also includes shellfish from Canada and Australia.
You may indulge in tasting big wild oysters (Kamchatka, Soloviev, Khasyan, Karaguin, Pasien) and any oyster will cost 96 rubles per 100 grams. Cereal bread with butter will perfectly supplement the set.
However, Chef Luigi Rossi takes care of those who prefer baked oysters. They are with asparagus or shrimps, cep mushrooms or even truffles. The wine carte will give a selection of wine excellently going with oysters, i.e. Chablis, Muscadet and white wines from Sancerre.
