Brand-Chef of Beef and Reef network restaurants Konstantin Zhbakov presents three new alternative steaks. The offer is valid till April 30th.  
Butterfly steak is cooked of top sirloin cap. It"s specific for being well marble and having a small layer of aromatic fat.  Medium rare is recommended roast stage. 
Flat Iron steak is the second alternative one. It is cooked out of delicacy top blade and its shape will remind the iron bottom - this is how it got its name. It"s the second tender steak after sirloin. The meat will remain juicy even if intensely heat-treated. Medium is recommended roast stage.   
And the third steak - Machete - is one of the most unique and rare. It"s cooked of outside skirt cap and its shape will remind the Machete blade. The recommended roast stage is medium well.
