The special menu includes three casseroles, namely house curd, poultry and sheep cheese.
You hardly tried sheep cheese casserole (440 rubles) before. Sergey Yeroshenko cooks it with eggplants, zucchini and confit tomatoes. The cooking process is simple and the dish will be unusual and memorable. Sheep cheese is mixed with thyme and garlic, eggplants and zucchini are grilled and all products are arranged in layers, then confit tomatoes, raspberry and crispy croutons are added when served.
There is poultry casserole (690 rubles) as a main course. Melted in herbs poultry delivered from hunting is baked in layers with eggplants and Mozzarella cheese. The portion is quite big, we recommend it for two.
Classic curd casserole (370 rubles) is especially tender here because it is made of the house curd. As a result, it is quite sweet to taste because of orange zest and sugar powder added. It is served with vanilla sauce and fresh berries. Such dish will be good as a light dessert.
