Poultry and Wine at Bruder Restaurants

The special winter menu is valid at good-quality beer restaurants fr om the 2nd to 29th of December wh ere poultry is served with exclusively appropriate wines.  

Evgueny Cherednichenko, Chef of Bruder Restaurants chain, claims that aromatic and juicy poultry is the main delicacy of the beginning of the winter. Poultry is tasty especially now: animals are on the peak of the form, worked up and well-fed. 

These are extracts from the menu:

Reindeer sirloin with marinated fern and seasonal vegetables – 899 rubles; 

Pumpkin gnocchi with elk ragout topped with sea-buckthorn sauce – 599 rubles; 

bear cutlets with buckwheat topped with juniper sauce – 799 rubles.
