Debut Summer Menu at «Country which doesn’t exist»

This summer the restaurant «Country which doesn’t exist» belonging to Arkadiy Novikov will treat you with shrimps in hot orange sauce (550 rubles) and salad with chicken and morels (650 rubles).
Chef Sergey Batukov complemented the taste of young asparagus and poached egg with a sauce of these mushrooms (500 rubles). Cold soups are represented with okroshka on kvass (350 rubles) and gazpacho with crab (450 rubles) in the menu. The selection of hot courses looks far more interesting: salmon in sauce with black beans (750 rubles), pork brisket with young carrots and thyme (750 rubles), chicken breast with morels and young vegetables (750 rubles). They offer to save from the thirst with refreshing lemonades (350 rubles). The flavours are various – açaí, raspberry and passion fruit, blackberry and lychee, ginger and thyme... Frappe (240 rubles) is offered to coffee lovers.
