For those who prefer delicate flavouring nuances there are steamed Hong-Kong crystal dim-sums with shrimps and pork rolled in transparent paste (350 rubles), Guangdong dim-sums stuffed with King crab, groundnuts and coriander (490 rubles) or steamed dim-sums Four Happiness stuffed with syangu mushrooms, pork, egg and water chestnut (350 rubles).
Those who like fried dumplings will find Yangzhou dim-sums stuffed with daikon and sweet pork (390 rubles) and Beijing fried dumplings stuffed with pork and onion (360 rubles).
Those who prefer classic Chinese dumplings will see steamed shao mei with pork and shrimps (350 rubles), dumplings stuffed with beef and celery (290 rubles) or steamed dim-sums with lamb and ginger (310 rubles). The menu includes Shanghai baozi stuffed with pork (320 rubles) cooked only on Tuesday and Wednesday.
