So, Peking duck has been found in several dishes of the winter offer, for instance in Caesar salad or in salad with Peking duck, glass noodles and seasonal vegetables topped with Shanghai sauce. For those who like fresh desserts, the Chef has anticipated Mille-feulle – thin layer paste on tender pastry cream with berries accompanied with strawberry & raspberry sorbet and vanilla sauce.
